Why do planes smell like ham sandwiches?

After a long flight plane air seems to smell like a ham sandwich...And no there was not necessarily ham on the menu. Has anybody else noticed this? It's stale air but it seems to smell like ham sandwich. Is it b.o. or bodily emissions (ahem) or is it food or wa? It's put me right off eating ham sandwiches thats for sure

You're body was probably not used to the dietary change, especially if you ate a lot of sugar before. So possibly the recent drastic increase in sugar caused your skin to break out. I wouldn't worry about it, it will probably go away in a few days. They are equating the curse word to a foreign word. In etiquette, when using a foreign word that others don't know, you'd say "Oh sorry, that was french for ..whatever..." So the speaker is saying in a way 'Oh gee, that wasn't a curse word,it was a word in french!" Thus, supposedly, taking the sting out of the word and apologizing for it at the same time.

Add more interesting/advanced words. Replace happily with joyfully, amazing with majestic, etc. Add some more descriptions, take out some dialog. Show, don't tell. The sentences seem rather short and choppy, lengthen them, add some detail. Just don't get too wordy.

I had a row with a woman, who pushed me 3 times, kicked me and spat in my face. I then walked straight out of the house because of this. I was then later aressted for common ault as she called the police saying I had put my arm round her throat and mouth which is all lies. I have been bailed but was advised to make a counter allegation as she was the one who aulted me. There were no witnesses as it was in a house. Why is my fish pooping so much?

Sleep regression in my 5 month old, please help!?

My son is 5 months old and has had a stuffy nose (no other symptoms) for almost 2 weeks now and his sleep habits have gone haywire. I can't remember when it all started so I don't know if it's related to the stufy nose or not. Since he was 2.5 months old, he has slept 7-7 consistently, with 2 1.5-2 hr. naps during the day. He was able to get himself back to sleep and go to bed awake no problem. Now, he wakes super early (between 4-6am), wakes up after 40 minutes in a nap and cries and cries and can't get himself back to sleep. He is noticably tired and just fights it. But I have no idea what is going on, his sleeping patterns have regressed to what they were like when he was 2 months old. Now he ends up waking from a nap so early, that by the time he needs another feeding, he is ready to sleep but too hungry, then once he eats he goes right down to sleep. I don't want to start that habit! And he doesn't like to be alone and wants the pacifier more. He used to be independent...help!

Why is my 5 week old crying so much?

My daughter seems to be happy when she isn't crying, but the problem is she usually fusses and cries through out the day. It seems that she does it for no reason. If I'm not holding her or if she doesn't have her pacifier in her mouth, she cries. I always have to engage her in something to keep her from crying; placing her in her bouncer to rocking her to singer to her and cuddling her. Of course I like doing all of these things with her, I just don't want her to be unhappy. Also, she is well fed and changed regularly and there are no other obvious reason for her to be crying. With that said, is this normal? She just seems so fussy yet its not extreme to the point of it being colic.

Just want to give you clomid ladies some hope.. I ovulate naturally and Dr prescribed Clomid after 2 years of trying and unexplained infertility. Clomid cycle 1 was 'text book' cycle, so I completely gave up hope this 2nd cycle when I didn't ovulate again on day 14 and was just waiting for period to take round 3... it looks like I ovulated on day 23 and got BFP 10 dpo.. so don't give up hope and it will happen soon.. baby dust to all xx

We have a home visit to adopt our first dog tomorrow, she is an adorable Pom/Chi mix. Is there anything we should expect? We do not have a fenced in yard, but I have already told them this! Eat a low calorie diet, (1500-1700) and do a load of Cardio. Lifting weights also helps you hold on to muscle. When ever you deprive your body of calories it has to eat some muscle so lifting weights hand help to keep your metabolism up. Id suggest lifting weights every 3 days and do cardio 6 days a week. You dont have to do that much but you will get you quicker results. Above all dont expect immediate results, real weight loss results happen over several months. Good luck and stick to it.

Help about ovarian cyst problem?

a few months ago i was having and started gettin a pain in my lower abdomen and got chills.. minutes later i felt like i had to puke, starting sweating, and the pain became horrible.. this lasted about 30 mins.. we went to the emergency room and all they said was that it was a urinary track infection.. which i get those often so i knew that wasnt what my pain was from. About 3 months later i get the same pain and same symptoms but its worse and lasted a whole lot longer.. the pain is unbearable and all i can do is just lay there and not move or it will worsen. I go to the doctor and they send me to the ER.. they take x rays and tell me they found a small ovarian cyst in my right ovary.. but all my pain was in the left.. all he did was give me a prescription for pain. does that mean im just gonna have to deal with this pain every time it happens? my grandmother told me she had ovarian cysts which would burst and cause the pain im describing and she said it lasted all through her teenager years till she hit menopause, so is that whats happening to me?

Why should i keep my ps3?
