Which is more fun Prague(Czech) or Kiev(Ukraine)

Iam taking a vacation soon and cant decide where to go so help me decide..which has more fun,beautiful people, and which is cheaper as far as prices for food,drinks,clubs,taxi ect. I heard Prague is kinda expensive now :(
