How do i get this girl w/out being annoying?

Go up to her, face to face, and hold out your arms and say "come on, its hug time" or something like that, make it funny, that way it'll let her know that first off youre not scarred of her and second, that you like her. When she comes in for the hug, and it sounds like she will for sure, then just kind of rub her back a little, let it become a long hug, more like an embrace than anything. Dont grab her sweet azz, unless she grabs yours first. Then go for it, see what happens from there. Have fun, and dont be scarred of someone, no matter who they are, you have no reason at all to be afraid of anyone.
