How do i get rid of this computer warning XP 2008 antivirus ? ?

oh wow thats a pretty bad virus- i had it on my computer like a month ago- first you have to go to add or remove programs and delete anything that looks like it can be part of the virus and try deleting "windows xp 2008" (its ok if u cant) then just download malware bytes you can get it here- a href="http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php" rel="nofollow"http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php/a then run a full scan and get rid of wtvr it finds- then you should be fine. best of luck! hope i helped!
