AFL: What was the order in which the 16 current teams joined the competition?

I understand that some were foundation ones so a bunch of the Vic ones will have all been in it since the start, which ones were they and after that first season what order did the rest join the comp, obviously the interstates were most recent cause it changed to AFL, so I guess I'm asking the Vic teams what order they joined
