Can you find Dr. Pepper, Paul Frank, Skittles and Starburst Lip Smackers in stores in Australia?

I think I saw Paul Frank and Skittles and maybe Starburst in Priceline, and Big W, so try those. Otherwise, try contacting the brand :)
