Shud i get the H1N1 nasal spray or just not get anything??

my school is giving out free vaccines. i've heard that u have flu like symptoms like vomiting, coughing, sore throat ect. and i also heard that some ppl dont have have symptoms at all. im 13 and im one of those ppl who have a phobia against vomiting, im terrified of it (kinda i just dont puke enough in order to get used of it). also im scared of getting swine flu. shud i not just get the nasal spray. or shud i go get it tomorrow. a website said the children will have vomiting, coughing, sore throat ect. as a side affect and on that same website it also said like ages 7-26 (or something) will just have like cold like symptoms (runny nose, coughing ect.) sooooo idk. i need ur help
