My computer got infected with virus really bad. I am on safe mode and this RUNDLL keeps popping up?

I got a virus infection (trojan and i think adware, spyware) from mininova.org. My homepage was changed to google, and pop ups keep appearing and downloads that i can't control! it is frustrating. My computer now only runs on safe mode. But even on safe mode i keep getting rundll error pop up that says ERROR LOADING tapi.info The specified module cant be found. What does that mean? and how do i get rid of the virus?? i used AVIRA and spyware terminator. Also another question, can i still connect online while on safe mode? it seems to be not working.
