Stay together or break up?!?

My boyfriend and I started casually dating in January, but did not want to to get too serious because I had just gotten out of a 2 year long relationship full of lots of hurt. I thought it would just be a rebound, but the jokes on me because I fell for him. We have been exclusive now for about 4 months and officially together since march. We finally said we loved each other and both meant it and things are going amazing. We have fun together, hes smart, hes funny, we compliment each other great. The problem is that I want to go work and travle the world after college and he's ready to find a wife a settle down in 3 or 4 years. I know our relationship is great now, but should I break it off in anticipation of our future ? Is is fair to stay with someone you love when you know you will probably break up with them later?!
