I'm worried about my 7-month-old's development?

My son will be 10 months tomorrow....he just started crawling two days ago...he wasn't able to sit up from a laying position on his own until 9 months. He doesn't wave bye yet, but he laughs and giggles all day long. Your daughter sounds fine to me.
