How to catch neon tetra?

there are two neon tetras that im sure have Neon tetra disease, I can't seem to catch those two neons as i have a 35 gallon heavily planted tank. This is stressing me as the 2 neons are time bombs and I have 10 other neons, 1 hoplo catfish, 1 pleco, 2 thick lipped gouramis and 1 rainbow shark. So what catching methods can i use to catch the neons and will any other types of fishes get the disease too just in case the neons get wiped out?
