Eat a low calorie diet, (1500-1700) and do a load of Cardio. Lifting weights also helps you hold on to muscle. When ever you deprive your body of calories it has to eat some muscle so lifting weights hand help to keep your metabolism up. Id suggest lifting weights every 3 days and do cardio 6 days a week. You dont have to do that much but you will get you quicker results. Above all dont expect immediate results, real weight loss results happen over several months. Good luck and stick to it.
