Help!!! how do i go about having my wedding?

ok so im getting married in March of 09 and time fells like it is flying by and i have yet to make some pretty big decesions like lets see.....where to have it (lol). Well the problem really isnt where to have it, I have a few places in mind but my boyfriend is Catholic and I was raised Catholic however unlike my boyfriend I am not baptized and we do not attend church regularly. we have been together for 5 yrs and have a 2 yr old lil girl. I really wanna have a traditional Hispanic-Catholic wedding but would it be hypocritical, seeing how i am not baptized. Is there any other way to have it and still have the feeling of a traditional wedding. We really try to live by the Catholic church ways and I would love to finally be baptized but Im just afraid that it sounds wrong and like I said hypocritacal and I mean we do already have a child, and are married by law. We just want a tradtional wedding type ceremony. i hope someone has some kind of advice!!!!
