Children's home problem?

hello my name is Amelia-Jayde and i live in a children's home i have been in a children's home since the age of 2. I have always wondered who my real birth mum and dad are. i have asked my social workers and they are keeping quiet and not saying. but don't i have a right to know who they are as they are my birth parents. i don't know why i was taken away and children at school call me names as i don't live with my birth family they call a "tramp" "sket" "homeless" any help would be great thanks
